Times, they are a changin'〓

The elections in Japan for the lower house reps, ended yesterday with the Lberal Democratic Party winning a "landslide victory". Please check out this news if you haven't already. I'd love to talk more about this but I am typing this with one finger...on my, yes, phone.

I am in Tokyo because my job is "a changin'" tomorrow. I will be attending a meeting tomorrow and will be here for two more days for...I'm not sure what... but I'll let you know so long as it is not confidential ;-)

Oh, I arrived just an hour or so before the TYPHOON got here too!

Hopefully the new gov't will bring good things.
What do you mean, "a typhoon" ???? Seriously? And that shot taken with your GREAT phone looks like you're in a sky scraper. Not fun.

Congratulations on the new job!
Ciao,

Typhoon - as in weather - a hurricane! LOL
Typhoons are pretty "normal" in Japan. They are a pain in the ...rear... because it gets hard to travel etc. Right now it is more like some strong winds but mostly rain!

My hotel room is pretty high up but I don't mind the height!
The lights are pretty outside!

Cool picture of wet Japan. Stay safe and dry!

No hurricane for us, as of yet! Two more weeks and we should be passed the danger! :) Good luck on your new job!

Hello from New York, Tulsa.

It is grand to know that you'll be able to fill us in on what you think might be the true results of last week's elections.

We had an amazing election over here last fall, and now begin to realize just how difficult it is for change to take place. So many vested interests see no value whatsover in having change take place.

Time, of course, does allow gradual change to come to all of us. Cell by cell, wrinkle by wrinkle, perhaps also new realization by realization.

Best wishes to you all in Japan. May the weather be kind and the people find the future continuing to promise better days. xo
